Dark Theme with San Francisco Font

Install Apple fonts: https://developer.apple.com/fonts/

1. Open the Theme Folder (Preferences > Appearance > Open Theme Folder)
2. Copy the theme into the theme into the Theme folder in Multimarkdown preferences: PaulSolt-Dark.theme
3. Change font to SFProText-Regular 18

    Here are the keybindings that I use by default for indentation / line re-ordering.

    Indent: Command + Shift + Left/Right Arrow
    Move lines up/down: Command + Shift + Up/Down Arrow
    Right indent: Command + ]
    Left indent: Command + [

    All are useful in different situations.
