Save doc screen size on Quit
MMD saves the window size when a file is closed, e.g. via Cmd-W. However, I discovered today that it doesn't do so when quitting MMD, i.e. via Cmd-Q. I would argue a Quit contains an implied Close, and so should save the window size. Otherwise we have to quit in two steps, which seems unnecessary.
