Starting Preview still off
B26 on OSX 10.12.6.
The starting preview is still off, i.e. the editing side is at the bottom of the file, the Preview side shows whitespace above just a couple of lines at the top of the file. (My original issue has a screen print; it still looks like that.)

Confirmed, except it's not intermittent for me. It (B27) hasn't worked yet. Sorry!

And, you've been busy with other things so this isn't a complaint, just information — this doesn't work in B30, either.
