folding
i do some writing in a text editor and have started to really like using code folding as a way of tidying things up. thought i would throw that out there as a suggestion for future versions.

Text folding is something I've considered, but haven't found a good method to implement this yet.

FYI -- this has been added to the upcoming MultiMarkdown Composer v3, but only for the Pro edition.
