Header and Bullet Cues in Left Margin?

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to customize MMC to put header and bullet characters in the left margin so that they stand out more clearly? Ideally they would appear as if there was a right-justified tab-stop 2 characters or so to the left of the text margin.

Thanks for writing, and I'm sorry for the delayed response -- the message was flagged as spam for some reason so I didn't see it until now....
It is not possible to do this currently. I can consider it for a future update.
