MMDC could become wonderful (more than it already is) if there will be a tag system: something like @notethis at the end of line (or inside the line, why not?) with a tag index panel.

What do you mean by tags? What do the tags do?
If you just want to leave a comment in your document, you can use
CriticMarkup:
{>>Comment<<}
The CriticMarkup Sidebar will show these to you.

Not exactly a comment, but a label recognising various kind of information.
For example:
Lorem ipsum about ancient history @history
Lorem ipsum about italian literature @italit
Lorem ipsum about english literature @englit
Or:
Lorem ipsum about ancient history @source(strauss)
Lorem ipsum about linguistics @source(eco)
And so on; I saw something like this in TaskPaper

Gotcha.
It's not supported in Markdown/MultiMarkdown, so not something that
makes sense to add to Composer at this time.
