Documentation of footnotes
The documentation for footnotes does not mention long format which I really like.
Namely:
Footnotes are very easy to implement in MultiMarkdown, as described in the MultiMarkdown Syntax Guide.[^ Here is the text of the footnote itself.]

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
