Applications generally either use 'command + ] or [' or 'command + control + arrow key'.

Composer currently uses the latter, but the former is more preferable as it only takes one hand to type, rather than two, which I find causes the present shortcut to be barely worth using.

But there's also shift up and down. Makes much more sense to use arrows which can be used for all 4 commands.

There is the option to use 'control + command + [ or ]' for shifting up or down, to maintain consistency in terms of the shortcut.
