default dir for saving new files
Is there a way to set it? It would be handy ;-)
Thank you.

The folder for the Save/Open panels is handled by the OS itself. If you like managing those things, I believe that is what utilities like "Default Folder X" are useful for, but I have never used it myself.

It is not really scriptable - it supports very basic apple script commands,
to open a file for example.
I don't guarantee anything related to AppleScript - if things work, great.
If not, I probably won't be working on that.
I know a lot of people like AppleScript, but I have never found it very
useful.
Since MultiMarkdown itself is a command line utility, it can be used in
"real"
scripting languages which is much more useful to me than AppleScript.
But that doesn't relate to the file panels.
