Installing v.2.2 rc1 with Mac App Store Version

I've read the info on running both versions, but one thing is not clear. In Readme.md, user is directed to leave App Store version in /Applications. Fine, but can 2.2 also be installed in /Applications, just not "replacing" App Store version when moved from Downloads directory? Or, do you advise keeping/running 2.2 rc1 from a different directory, e.g. Downloads?

   Thanks for writing!

   Once you get the non-sandboxed version running, you can delete the App Store version. The tricky part for some users is ensuring that the non-sandboxed build can find the App Store receipt. Once that's done, you're set.
