Opening and style problems

Hi,

I just upgraded from the 2.0 beta to the 2.2 beta, and a weird thing is happening. I can open specific md documents in MC 2.2 beta, but double clicking on the application icon causes the standard application opening application, but then nothing happens.

Also, selecting styles in the preferences dialog doesn't seem to have any effect.

I tried:
1. Deleting and Reinstalling the application
2. Deleting the preferences
3. Using the recommended "bare bones" plist

Thanks!

    Sorry you're having trouble.

"double clicking on the application icon causes the standard application opening application" -- I'm not sure I follow you here. Can you clarify?

Any strange messages in the Console?

After running the beta, did you delete the App Store version --- having both installed can cause some confusion as it can be hard to tell which is running.

    Hi, Fletcher.

Thanks for replying so quickly, and I'm sorry for the mangled English. In
my mind, that read, "the standard opening-application* *animation."

And the incompetence doesn't end there, I'm afraid. I was installing the
non-sandboxed version of 2.2 and thought I'd deleted my old copy of mmc 1,
when I was deleting my copy of mmc 2.0, and so I was getting an unsigned
application error in the console whenever I tried to open 2.2. Ay dios mio.

All is well, and I'm sorry I didn't do a little more due diligence before
posting. Thanks again for your quick reply!

I downloaded 2.2 (rc1) and the application crashed every time I changed styles. I then went to ~/Library/Application Support/MultiMarkdown Composer/ and moved Styles to Styles.old, created new Style directory and copied MyWord.style to it from the old directory (I had been using 2.1 beta and had to modify MyWord.style. This style worked and for a while I could change to all the styles. Then suddenly changing styles stopped working. I have attached the crash info and MyWord.style as gzipped files. Right now MultiMarkdown Composer is stuck on my GitHub Light style (also modified for 2.1 beta).

Thanks for letting me know about the crash.

Try this build and see if it fixes it.
