Preview & CSS
Is it possible to have the preview pane automatically use a CSS file specified in the main document metadata? (Sandboxing notwithstanding)
This would also be useful for tweaking the CSS file.

It already does.

CSS by URL works regardless of sandboxing. CSS in a local file requires nonsandboxed, or the upcoming 2.1+ App Store release which works around the App Store limitations in a sense.
