Can not open itmz files

Hello,
on your Website (https://multimarkdown.com/composer4/) you have a Video that shows how to work wit imtz Files from iThoughts.
When i try to open an imtz file, i get the errormessage: "The document "Zahnportal.itmz" could not be opened.
I have the pro Version Version 4.5.12 (104)

What can I do ;) THX

   Additionaly: The same happens when i save my iThoughts map as OPML

   If you send me a file that won't open (actually, sending the ITMZ and
   OPML files would be helpful), I can take a look and see what is going on.

   They both open just fine for me.

   1. Are you sure that you have the purchased upgrade loaded? Help Menu => Purchase Upgrade => one or more items should show "Purchased" in the button on the right.

   2. What shows as kMDItemContentTypeTree and kMDItemContentType when you try mdls Zahnportal.itmz or mdls Zahnportal.opml in the Terminal?
