Transclude via pandoc
I would export via pandoc to pdf a MMC doc with many files transcluded, is it possible? It seems It doesn't: the pdf contains links to files, but without transclusion. Is there any option? Otherwise I could use mmd, but It seems to me it doesn't convert to pdf

You would have to check with John MacFarlane about whether he plans to
support transclusion in pandoc.
Keep in mind that there is not really a "MMD->PDF" conversion. There is
MMD->LaTeX->PDF, and there is MMD->HTML->PDF.
If you're doing HTML, than can simply open the HTML in a browser and
"print" to PDF. This allows you to control the settings as desired.
I prefer LaTeX to create "higher quality" PDFs (from a typographic
standpoint. HTML certainly allows a great deal of control over
appearance (colors, etc.)
