Footnotes in tables
It seems to me footnotes don't work if they are inside a table's row, simply [^foo] appears in preview after word and [^foo]:bar disappears. Is it a regular behaviour of Multimarkdown? Is it possibile to fix it?
Thanks!

It works for me. Can you send an example that isn’t working?
Did you turn off MultiMarkdown by chance? Markdown doesn’t support footnotes.

No, I didn't, but I've realised that the table is set up in Html, not in Mmd (usually I prefer write tables with Html, in Mmd docs too) and, by fact, I can't mix two languages. Sorry!

Ah…
You can combine MultiMarkdown and HTML, but it can be tricky when getting into the level of tables and cells. In that case, you’re right — probably best to use one or the other.
