Hi, I am trying to take a RTF file and convert to MultiMarkdown in composer. It pickup a lot of junk in the rtf.

How can I strip it out? I am trying to write in Nisus and then have it convert to MMD. Trying some macros with no luck.

Any suggestion is appreciated?

Composer can turn MultiMarkdown into RTF(with some limitations), but not the other way around.

I'm not aware of any good RTF-> MultiMarkdown tools, but you could try taking a look at pandoc.
