New table cleanup routine?
I was wondering if the new and improved table cleanup routine will be released in some standalone form? I use the cleantable.pl script all the time and would obviously want to use newer code if it were available (because I like the shiny)!

The new table cleanup code is specific to MultiMarkdown Composer, and is
separate from the `cleantable.pl` script.
The fixes I pushed were to fix problems with the Composer implementation.
