<p>in former versions of MMD Composer, the second and further lines
of a bullet list entry was indented a little bit. In the newer
versions, every line of a bullet point entry has no indent. Can I
change this behaviour? It really disturbs reading (see attached
screenshot)</p>

it’s that they’re all indented using the same
calculation. The older version used two different calculations, so
the first line and subsequent wrapped lines weren’t the same.
It happened to be the case that the first line usually worked out
to be indented less than the subsequent lines, but this was
unreliable. Now everything is properly aligned to the same
value.</p>
<p>I’m not really a huge fan of outdenting list markers
compared to the text of the list items. I may or may not add this
to a future release. We’ll see.</p>
