empty-cells
I see that Composer's generated CSS includes "empty-cells:hide;". This is mildly annoying, because it means that the line under a table header cell is hidden when the data cell below it is empty. Is there a way to override empty-cells? What's the motivation for setting it to hide?

You can modify any of the style sheets however you like. The included style sheets are merely examples to demonstrate some of the features and flexibility that is available. You can use whatever CSS you desire.
