Cropped fullscreen
When saving file in fullscreen mode, the window is being cropped according to the size of window in normal mode (see screenshot). It looks great, but I suppose it's not a new default behaviour.
I am using the MAS version 2.6.5 (49) on Mavericks 10.9.1, clean install (preferences deleted).

What do you mean by "saving file"?
If you're referring to exporting an HTML file, it uses the CSS you (and/or the Style Sheet) have specified, which can be modified by the preferences. Change as desired to suit your needs.

I mean pressing cmd+s:
1) I open an existing file
2) I go to the fullscreen mode
3) I edit the file
4) I press cmd+s
5) Text area gets cropped, that is: everything which is outside the area of
a window before step 2 (going fullscreen) turns black - as in the
previously attached screenshot

I *am* able to reproduce this and will work on a fix in 1-2 weeks. In
the meantime, if you set the fullscreen width to 5000 (e.g. larger than
your monitor), this problem should go away.
Thanks for reporting it,
Fletcher

Hallo Fletcher,
I just wanted to report that setting the fullscreen width to 5000 (or 50000) does not help for me.
Not sure if this is relevant for the fix you work on, but I thought I better report it.
Thanks a lot!

I came here because I'm seeing the same thing. Whatever size the window is before going to Fullscreen, that's the exact dimension the fullscreen canvas takes when I press CMD+S. If I make the window as big as it can be, pressing CMD+S still crops down from the top, the height of the window's top bar.
Glad you're working on it, thanks very much!

Seeing the same behavior. Thought it was related to some extensions I had recently installed, but it happens sans those extensions. Sounds like it happens for others too.
