Styles do not appear to respect typewriterMode and focusMode
I tried setting two styles. The first with:
typewriterMode = 1
focusMode = 1
The second with
typewriterMode = 0
focusMode = 0
Then I tried switching between them, but MMDC's behavior did not
change.
I am only able to enable/disable typewriter mode and focus mode via
the menubar.

Ahh ... MMDC will respect these if I quit the app and the reopen it. Possible to set/unset these without restarting MMDC?

More ahhh ... I can close the document and reopen it to get the effects. But still would be nice I didn't have to do that.

Composer remembers typewriter mode, focus mode, and the like on a per window basis while the windows were open. Changing the style on an existing window doesn't change these, but it does affect new windows. Simply toggle them on/off as desired
