Slight highlighting problem with list items

(Composer 2.6b3) Notice the level one list item bullets are not highlighted in the attached screenshot.

   Screenshots are helpful for showing me what you see, but doesn't help me actually recreate the problem. What I really need is the actual file that. Often times it's something before or after the perceived problem that is the actual issue.
