MMC and Default Folder X. Do they play nicely with each other?
Just produced my first 'Hello World' mmd document and tried to save it, this produced a MMC and Default Folder X entanglement that could only be resolved by force quitting MMC. Save was fine when I switched DFX off. Is this a known conflict and if so are there any workarounds?

There was an issue with saving that should be fixed in latest version (2.4.5). Is that the version you are using?
I don't use Default Folder X, and have not heard of any other problems from others who use it. Unfortunately, I can't help with troubleshooting that utility. But if there is a problem saving when Default Folder X is turned off, then be sure you are using the latest version and let me know if it persists.

Fletcher,
Downloaded today from the app store version 2.4.3 (25)
Perhaps that might be the problem.
How do you get the latest rev if its not in the app store?
Best regards
Mel

They're always available on the website:

New versions are always announced, unless you turned off notifications.

Mel,
Did the latest update (2.4.5 App Store or direct download) fix this? I'll be releasing 2.4.6 soon and wanted to make sure I didn't need to add anything else.
Thanks!
Fletcher

Yes it fixed it.
FYI. On Sunday the App store version was one release behind the direct download.
Best regards

Glad it's working. Thanks for responding.
The App Store approval process usually causes the MAS version to be 5-10 days behind the direct download. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about this, which is why I offer both routes.
