MMC 2.3.3 (16) and MMC 2.3.4 (17) don’t accept diacritic characters

I’m sorry to have to reports that I can’t use these two versions because of lack of support for diacritics. Version 2.3.3 (15) works fine.

   I meant: “2.3.2 (15) works fine” ! Sorry about the typo.
