Styling of comments - some issues

Hi Fletcher,

I am using Version 2.3b (11). Thanks for putting back the styling for comments!

However, I noticed that the styling only works for single-paragraph comments
I believe that in earlier versions a comment might span several paragraphs and be styled. It would be most helpful if this were still the case.

Example

<!-- this comment is styled-->

<!-- this
comment is not styled -->
