Hi
I'm running MultiMarkdown Composer 2.2 (5) from apple store. I've ticked the box for Auto Link Mathjax CDN preview export
but simple LaTeX won't show up in preview. Marked shows it correctly.
Can you help ?
Thanks
Peter

    Peter,

    Thanks for writing!

Are you using MultiMarkdown's math syntax?

$$…$$ isn't (currently) valid MultiMarkdown math.

See http://fletcher.github.io/peg-multimarkdown/#math for the math syntax that works in MMD.

As an aside, the latest beta commit of MultiMarkdown supports "$..$" as a trial, and I am probably going to add "$$…$$" as well.

If I get complaints, however, I may have to remove it if it's causing problems.

Assuming it's working well, it will be included in Composer.

I'm a great fan of MultiMarkdown - thanks for creating it. Make a lot of use of it at work and home.

    Hi Fletcher,
Can you help please - I can't seem to get MMD Composer to run at all. Tried MAS and Site download. App won't even start. Weird.

I updated this page with some troubleshooting information:

It should talk you through fixing your issue.

    Hi
Thanks for this great product. Meanwhile I was wondering can the tags for indicating math be changed. I am planning to write a book and publish via leanpub. They require math eqn to be enclosed by {$$} and {/$$}. I was thinking of changing the mathjax config as a workaround but couldn't find how to do that.

I can't provide support for Mathjax, but there is plenty of information
    on the internet about it.
