2.2 rc3 no longer works properly in Typewriter Mode

I opened 2.2 rc3 which opened my last opened document. I started typing at the end of the document and the preview did not scroll properly. I closed 2.2 rc3 and opened 2.2 rc2 and Typewriter mode worked again.

    What version of Mac OS are you using?

    Anything unusual in the Console?

    I assume (though you did not mention it) that you toggled Typewriter mode on/off to try and reset it?

    When you say that it did not scroll properly, what did happen instead?

    Thanks!

    TW mode works until this bit of text:

    _Re-format the partition using this number._

        $ sudo mkdosfs -n NAME -s 128 -R 6298 -v /dev/sdb1

    _Re-examine the partition. Notice that the data area now begins at sector 8192._
        $ sudo dosfsck -vn /dev/sdb1
               512 bytes per logical sector
             65536 bytes per cluster
              6298 reserved sectors
        First FAT starts at byte 3224576 (sector 6298)
            484864 bytes per FAT (= 947 sectors)
        Data area starts at byte 4194304 (sector 8192)

    ## Concerns ##

    ### Zero'd Out BPB Blocks ###

    In practive, we've seen microSD cards returned with zero'd out BPBs. How can we prevent that?

    After that, the preview always scrolls to "Concerns" and stays there. I just noticed that I was missing a line before my last code block. Fixing that didn't help. Also, adding text after Concerns made no difference as well.

    No console output and latest OSX, 10.8.3

    I can e-mail you the document if you need it.

    So the problem is with scrolling the preview, not typewriter mode? (typewriter mode refers to keeping the caret/cursor in the vertical center of the editing pane).

    Pasting your "snippet" in between filler text seems to work just fine on my machine, but perhaps I am misunderstanding the problem.

    This should have been fixed in rc5. Please let me know if that is not the case.

    Thanks again for writing!
