Default File Extension
I've set the Default File Extension to be .markdown yet when I create a new file in MultiMarkdown Composer 2 the file extension is .md. What's the point of being able to set a default if it always defaults to .md? Seems to be a bug?

I assume you are using v2? I suggest upgrading to the v3 beta:
