Hi Fletcher,
I think I can reproduce this. It happens after a restart of the computer. But where can i find the reset item in the menu? For the time being I must reinstall the converter to work again.

Best regards,

Reinhard D.

    Reinhard,

Thanks for writing in, and sorry this is affecting you.

    1. Interesting about the restart -- I have not restarted my computer and it has happened to me during development, so there may be more than one way to trigger the issue.

    2. More interesting to me is that I have used the same approach to sandboxing in Composer without apparent issue. The difference is that Composer needed read access, whereas Converter needs write access.

    3. The challenging part is that there is no (apparently) warning to the app that the write failed. Maybe I can create my own. Actually, that sparks an idea....

    4. The reset menu item is in version 1.0.1 of the app, which I'm about ready to submit. I was hoping to find a better fix, but I haven't been able to yet.

I'll keep trying, but will submit this as a temporary fix to the App Store today, and maybe my idea will form a better solution...

That discussion prompted me to think of something, and I think I fixed the issue. In either case, the Reset Settings is there as a backup.

Submitting 1.0.1 to the App Store now.

    Thanks!!
