Bugs in Version 3.0b42: HTML Header, Synchronized Scrolling
Synchronized Scrolling not Synchronized
This one is also present in older beta. If the cursor is on the preview, it's fine. But if the cursor is on the editor, the preview is not moving even when scrolling the text (and held down the modify key).
HTML Header not processed in Preview
This bug only appears in this latest version 3.0b42, the older one is fine. Basically the HTML Header I setup for either MathJax or highlight.js doesn't work. I guess the HTML Header is not included in the preview?

With the new version, I get no preview.

1. Is the document window the active window? For some reason, if a
window is in the background (say, when a TOC HUD is active), the editing
frame doesn't always receive the mouse commands. I'm not sure why, but
haven't been able to track it down yet. If you turn on the "always
synchronize preview" then it doesn't matter as any scroll command will
sync them.
2. You need to use a full refresh of the preview to get it to recognize
changes to the header, or to rerun syntax highlighters. There's a bug
in recent version that causes the manual refresh menu command to break,
but you can turn on the "always refresh preview" option to force a full
refresh with every keystroke. This will slow things down, but you get a
full reload of the preview with every update (like v2 used to do).

I'll need more information. The preview is still there. Did you change
the settings in Preview Preferences?

Thanks.
Once I checked the "always refresh preview" and "always synchronize preview", the preview with CSS and JS are then there. In the past I don't need to check these (probably only the first one matter).
