document in pdf or print the document the header and footer are
inverted. I have also tried Composer Pro (Beta) and it is the
same.

I checked the setting but could not see on that affects this. I
am convinced I have an incorrect setting but am unclear how to
change this situation.

Mark.fttag:support.multimarkdown.com,2013-02-12:Comment/383919382015-11-05T23:04:15Z2015-11-05T23:04:15ZFooter and Headers are inverted

If you send me more information (e.g. a screenshot of your
settings), I
can take a look. But the header and footer always work properly for
me
and no one else has mentioned this.

I thought you were claiming that the
header was ending up at the bottom of the page?

No the footer and header are reverse images of what the should
be. The original PDF I sent you show the footer this way.

Everything looks correct to me.

What am I missing?

How is it supposed to look if what I’m seeing isn’t
correct?

Sorry to bother you. It seems to be a display issue when saving
as a pdf but the final document is fine.

Apologies for the intrusion.

By the way, I love the app. I now write nearly everything in
mmd.

Many thanks

Mark.fttag:support.multimarkdown.com,2013-02-12:Comment/383919382015-11-06T23:40:57Z2015-11-06T23:40:57ZFooter and Headers are inverted

I was starting to think I was going crazy.

Here is a screen shot of what I was seeing.

Maybe I need new glasses. This came up when I previewed as a
pdf. It
still shows that but the final doc is ok.

Bizarre hey?

Mark.fttag:support.multimarkdown.com,2013-02-12:Comment/383919382015-11-07T00:02:38Z2015-11-07T00:02:38ZFooter and Headers are inverted

Strange.

Are you on El Capitan?

I was just able to reproduce this -- Print -- Preview -->
upside
down/backwards. Print -> Save As PDF --> rightside up.

I think this is an OS X El Capitan problem -- never saw it on
Mavericks
or other systems. Will try and dig further.

Now I understand you.

El Capitan. Others have reported it during beta versions (it was
also in TextEdit). Now TextEdit works, but I can't fix it in my
app. Have reached out to another developer I know who found the
same problem to see if he was able to fix it, and how.

More to come...

Keith Blount (Scrivener developer) responded. He had reported
bug to Apple and they sent him the fix a while bag. It works for
Composer as well. This will be in the next beta release.

Thanks for pointing this out!!
