Hello I just purchased Composer 2.8 off the Mac App Store. The application launches fine but as soon as I try to open any file the app crashes. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and no luck. I am running Yosemite 10.3

Sorry you're having trouble -- can you send me a file that won't open, and a copy of the crash report? That's exceedingly unusual for a file not to open.

    Hi Fletcher,

Thanks for responding. Attached are the files you requested. I am not super techie but I downloaded from the apple store and tried to uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

The file you sent me is a PDF. Is that what you are trying to open?

MultiMarkdown Composer is a text editor -- it opens text files, not PDF
    files.

Well there you have it. Nothing to see here move along folks. Just an fyi it’s the first app to come up if you enter “edit pdf text” in the search engine lol. I shall learn to read first thanks for your help good sir.

It does "edit". It does open and save "text" files. It can export
"pdf". Perhaps that's why it came up.

PDFPen is a wonderful app for editing PDFs, and the folks at Smile
Software are fantastic. That's probably what you want, but read the
    notes first.... ;)
