v3 Beta: Indenting list moves cursor one line below

Hi. In version 3.0b24, I have run across an issue when using tab to indent in a list. If you begin with text like this...:

* List(cursor here)

Text

...with the cursor at the end of the line of a list item, and then hit return and tab, you get:

* List
    * 
(cursor here)
Text

That is to say, after hitting tab, you do indent the list item, but you also move the cursor one line below.
