Is this version still available?

At the risk of adding to a possible contentious issue, why can't I see images in the preview when they are in the same folder? They display perfectly in Marked and in iA Writer. If it's a sandboxing issue (and I don't profess to understand this) then why is MMC being sold in the App Store. One of the great advantages of MMC, apart from it being the gold standard for multimarkdown (I thought), is that the preview sits alongside the code window.

cowgaptag:support.multimarkdown.com,2013-02-12:Comment/482461652020-04-16T13:06:03Z2020-04-16T13:06:03ZImages not displaying

The non-sandboxed version was for the first version of Composer years ago. It is not needed any more.

Images work. You do need to give Composer permission to access the folder when it asks. If you have trouble when adding an image link, close and reopen the document to force Composer to rescan for files and request permission if it needs to.

If you are still having trouble, send me a zipped folder with the text file and images that are not working and I can take a look.

Thanks!

I ended up closing and reopening the file. This worked but no mention of permissions anywhere so I presume I’ve already given them. No matter, it works. Thanks again.

cowgaptag:support.multimarkdown.com,2013-02-12:Comment/482461652020-04-16T16:20:19Z2020-04-16T16:20:19ZImages not displaying

If you give it permission for an "ancestor" folder (e.g.
/Users/username/
), then it may never have to ask again if all images are inside that folder.

Glad it's working for you now!

Fletcher
