<p>They don't "break" your Markdown, but probably shouldn't be there for the document you are showing. You would have to talk to the developer of iThoughts as to why they are being added to your document (unless you are putting two spaces in each line on purpose for some reason).</p>
<p>To get rid of them, you could simply use find-replace to remove the two spaces at the end of each line.</p>
<p>As for Composer not indicating that the markup is there, I can look at adding a preference in the future. But keep in mind that the unnecessary characters would still be there, you just wouldn't know about it.</p>
