Styling Horizontal Rules

Dear Fletcher,

I appreciate the possibility to style horizontal rules in the most recent version of Composer (4.5.6 (93)), but I am not sure how. I have tried, for example:

"horizontalRule" : {
    "foregroundColor" : "0169DB"

But the three or more asterisks or dashes are still styled according to:

"markup" : {
    "foregroundColor" : "999999"

Could you please advise? Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,
