V4 Themes don't display properly

Experiencing multiple issues with V4's theme implementation.

For example, using the Solarized theme, the syntax highlighting doesn't work in most cases.

CriticMarkup colors do not display (other issues with CriticMarkup (see other message).

Emphasis and Bold seem to work, while headings #Headings do not (in preview or edit panel).

I can't itemize the full extent of the issues with theme and previewing. But it should be noted that I am experiencing these issues across all included themes.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you're experiencing and a document
that is not working for you so I can take a look and help you figure out
    what is happening?

    Thanks for the swift reply

The issue with the headings seems to have resolved (maybe I misremembered the issue).

However the issues with CriticMarkup persist, both in the syntax coloring and how the edits are seen in the CM panel.

I've attached a screengrab to illustrate this. I'll also add the the screengrab to the separate CM message I left.

    Thanks for the help.

If you're using the built-in Solarized theme, the CM highlighting works.

Did you turn on Markdown-compatibility mode? There is no CriticMarkup
in Markdown, so there would be nothing to highlight?

Separately, to change the CM tagging options while Tracking Changes, for
now you have to open a new window for changes to take effect. And even
then you get an empty tag (`{>><<}`). This will be fixed for 4.0.3.

CM colors are working now. I had toggled compatibility mode.

Thanks for the info about the CM comment issue. I'll look forward to the 4.03 update.

MMC is still by far my favorite writing tool.
