Multiple footnotes in a paragraph

This may be the intended output, but it seemed odd how paragraphs with multiple footnotes were being handled in the latest MMD. If this text is converted to Latex.

Multiple[^Hello] footnote[^world] paragraph.

Then it comes out as

Multiple\footnote{Hello} footnote\footnote{

world} paragraph.

The double line-break before 'world' looks odd, both in the code and in the latex output. And I think this happens any time a paragraph has more than one footnote.

    This was fixed in a recent commit to MultiMarkdown, and will be included
    in the next release of Composer.

    Thanks for making sure I heard about it!
