In app purchase doesn't work

I am trying to buy the standard upgrade, I opened in the help menu the purchase button
Login appeared once, logged in, and nothing happened, when I click the purchase button now nothing happens anymore.

Can you help my with this please?

    Sorry for the delay in responding -- was traveling back into town.

    When you open the Purchase Upgrade Window, the only button available at
    first is "Restore." (Due to some issues with the Mac App Store, you
    have to restore purchases prior to buying anything new in order to
    prevent some situations that could allows someone to make a purchase
    they didn't actually need.)

    Once restored, the buttons should activate to "Purchase" or remain
    inactive and show "N/A" or "Purchased" based on whether a given upgrade
    has already been purchased, can be purchased, or does not need to be
    purchased (e.g. there is no reason to purchase "Standard" once you have
    already purchased "Pro")

    Also -- sadly, the App Store does not work as smoothly as I had
    previously assumed. Sometimes you need to reboot your computer to get
    the App Store to work properly (I only discovered this through helping
    people (most often outside of the US for some reason) and rebooting was
    the only thing that would reset the App Store so that it would work.)

    If none of that helps, send me a screenshot of the Purchase Upgrade
    window, and we'll go from there.
