In Multimarkdown Composer, if I hold down the CMD key, I don’t get the popover help screen showing keyboard shortcuts that I get in other applications.
Help by holding down CMD key

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

FYI -- this should be fixed in the next release (and possibly the current one -- I don't remember exactly when I fixed it.)
