Styling horizontal rules in MMD Composer for iOS

Dear Fletcher,

I am using in MMD Composer for iOS (Version 1.0, 67) the same theme I use in MMD Composer on my Mac (Version 4.5.9, 99); however, the latter styles horizontal rules as per theme file, but the former applies no styling to horizontal rules. Is this the desired behavior? Thank you for your consideration.

   The engine in Composer for iOS hasn't been updated since that feature
   was added to macOS (which was recently).
