Unable to force Dropbox sync in Composer

I configured Dropbox for Composer on iOS, and have a Markdown-File in a subfolder. I edited the file yesterday while on Cellular, but the change was not uploaded to Dropbox. Even after connecting to WLAN the change does not sync up. I find no way in the app for forcing a sync.

Have you tried force quitting Composer and starting it back up again?

There is a situation (at least on macOS) where the Dropbox SDK (from Dropbox, not from me) gets frozen in a cycle. I've worked with them to try and find the cause, but thus far have not found the issue. It does seem to be related to network connectivity, so it's possible that you stumbled into the same issue while on cellular, and then the Dropbox library never recovers?

After restarting the app, if it still doesn't sync, try editing the file again to "tickle" the sync code into trying again.

Alternatively it could be something else, but there's not much of a way for me to troubleshoot it on your device.

    Let me know what happens.

Force quitting and restarting while connected to WLAN helped! Thanks for
    the quick reply.

(And yes, you're right. There is no "force sync" button. I had one (or something like it) in the first iOS app years ago. The new sync code is much better, and doesn't need one. Aside from the previously noted issue (https://github.com/dropbox/dropbox-sdk-obj-c/issues/152), after the initial bug testing on my end the Dropbox and iCloud sync has worked well. I believe you are the first tester to report a problem with it. If it happens again, let me know if you figure out any way to reproduce it.)

    Glad that worked!

Definitely let me know if it happens again (even if I can't fix it.) And if you figure out a way to reproduce it, definitely tell me!

If you like reading complicated bug discussions, that link is interesting. I had to turn off my computer and network router/cable modem because of a potential hurricane. After powering back up, the problem disappeared... Strange...
