CSS Furballs
Wondering why these CSS files don't follow readability standards for CSS files.
Makes them nearly impossible to work with.

Perhaps because they aren't CSS files..... ;)
They are Apple plist files.
You can copy the CSS portion out to a new document and do whatever you want. You'll need to tidy it back up to go back inside a plist file however (e.g. quotation marks).
Or, just use the CSS metadata to point to an external CSS file of your choosing.
