TOC - iOS MMD Composer 1.0 (45)
The way TOC are displayed appears to work different on MMD Composer iOS compared to the Mac version.
With the Mac it is possible to display all the levels.
While the iOS version, it appears only possible to see all the entries for one level of the TOC but not for the higher or lower levels.
Is this intended?
A screen shot of the Mac version and a screen movie for the iOS version attached.

iOS doesn't offer an outline view like macOS does, so there is not a
default approach to showing multiple levels.
It can be "faked" by indenting deeper levels, but I would like to add
drag and drop support. I'll have to make sure that trying to fake
something won't break drag and drop.
But as you showed, you can access all levels of the TOC hierarchy by
navigating the table view.
