Page setup has no option to set margins
When printing a document the default left and right margins are too small (for me). The page setup does not include an option to set margins nor it appear to be one of the prefs. I can do it in Marked but the menu option to open in Marked is removed so it's a more involved process. Right now I have to go from Scrivener to MMD to MultiMarkdown Composer to Marked to get a draft printed that I can pass around and "mark up" (in the journalistic sense)

You can manage paper sizes using the Page Setup however you like (see
attached images), including defining the printable area (margins).
Previewing with Marked is still available -- Window menu.

When I tried the custom settings in version 3 I got some unexpected
results and therefore didn't think about it this time.
I see the the menu item for Marked.
So far everything else has worked perfectly.
Thanks,
Dan
